Bhavana founded Kandikonda IT Solutions (trading as WiseBuz) in September 2024 after nearly two decades delivering HCM, Payroll, and Finance transformation across Healthcare, Legal, Media, and Professional Services globally.

She has led implementations for organisations including HUB24, MSS Security, Cochlear, nbn Australia, OhioHealth ($4.3B), Material ($400M), and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, across Australia, the US, and APAC. Her expertise spans HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Peakon, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Integrations, Security, and Reporting.

As founder, Bhavana leads the WiseBuz practice and stays closely involved across client engagements — bringing a team of senior Workday practitioners who hold themselves to the same standard. Senior-led, well-supported, no surprises.
